The creation of this dashboard began with the heuristic analysis phase of competitor analysis, and then moved on to the definition of proto-personas and associated user journeys, which were then validated through customer interviews. The design began with low-fidelity wireflows and wireframes prototyped and then validated by user tests; these were then refined and re-prototyped
