This dashboard is a B2B product designed for auto dealerships; its purpose is to help users manage and customize marketing campaigns quickly and easily.

The Process

The creation of this dashboard began with the heuristic analysis phase of competitor analysis, and then moved on to the definition of proto-personas and associated user journeys, which were then validated through customer interviews. The design began with low-fidelity wireflows and wireframes prototyped and then validated by user tests; these were then refined and re-prototyped

As the first step of the research, I devoted myself to competitive analysis, researching competitors and reviewing their user experience

The first phase of the design began with wire flows of the entire platform down to a specific representation for each individual use-case.

User testing
After working on wireframes I tested the most critical areas with users who were part of the automotive industry. I collected feedbacks using Dovetail and extrapolated insights from them.

In the wireframing phase, I used validation through qualitative research, doing interviews with end users and stakeholders.

UI and Protoptyping
The last phase of the design process consisted of UI definition and prototyping, with subsequent usability testing aimed at validating the experience.
